The Commonwealth of Kentucky has awarded SVTS a contract for FY 07 to continue as the HSTD Broker for Region 14 (Floyd, Johnson, Magoffin, Martin and Pike counties)

In April - SVTS transported over 900 hillbillies during Hillbilly Days in Pikeville, Kentucky

New Community Bus Service in development stages to provide transit on a daily deviated-fixed schedule to Ashland and Lexington, Kentucky
